Nicolas Davis

Nicolas Davis is an associate attorney with Flanagan, Lieberman, & Rambo. He
concentrates his areas of practice in Probate Law, including adult guardianships, estate
administration, estate planning, and wrongful death and minor settlements. He also
serves as Guardian ad litem for adults in guardianship matters. Nicolas Davis earned his
law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law.

Mr. Davis previously worked at the law firm of Young & Alexander, handling similar
Probate cases as well as insurance defense and insurance subrogation. He is licensed to
practice in Ohio and is an active member of the Dayton Bar Association.

Mr. Davis is involved with several non-profit and community organizations, serving on the
Board of Trustees for Muse Machine and assisting in the philanthropic efforts of Wright
State University Miracle Makers and Dayton Children’s Hospital.

In his free time, Mr. Davis enjoys hiking, line dancing, and training for Spartan Races. For
